Live arrival is guaranteed for all shipments that are picked up at the airport within 2 hours of landing OR that are delivered on the 1st attempt and signed for on next day shipments.
Valley Aquatics is not responsible for carrier mishandling of the shipment, ie. flight delays or damaged boxes. You must file a claim with the airline or postal office. Valley Aquatics will assist in any way possible with claims.
All DOAs must be claimed on day of arrival. A picture of the fish in the bag must be emailed to steve@valleyaquatics.net. Once the fish is taken out of the shipping bag, it becomes the owner's responsibility.
